iPhone haptic feedback keyboard prototype

iPhone haptic keyboard

Researcheres at the university of Glasgow built a prototype system that brings haptic feedback technology to the iPhone. Unlike other monotonic vibration feedback, it features more delicate vibration feedback. By carefully controlling the iPhone's build-in rotational motor, the system gives different haptic feedback for finger down, finger up, and touch the edge of the touchscreen keyboard.
