Spatial Interaction from Jasper Dekker on Vimeo.
Designer Jasper Dekker proposed so called a spatial interaction touchless kitchen tap. A user can control the intensity of water flow and choose hot and cold water with simple touch gestures.
This is yet a concept design. But I found a commercial version of the above conceptual touch-controlled tap. Although it doesn’t provide rich touch gesture interactions but I think it’s enough to call it touch faucet.
