In May 2009, Microsoft had announced that it will bring new Touch Pack of six applications for multi-touch supporting netbooks with Windows 7 available only through notebook makers. Obviously, this Touch Pack will work only with multi-touch supporting notebooks or netbooks. The Touch function has been built into the deep codes of Windows 7.”
