Two Arduino-compatible touch boards I'm eager to play with

Bare Conductive Touch Board

This board uses capacitive touch technology and supports up to 12 separate touch electrodes.


WireTouch is the open source multi-touch project and is best fit if you want to build a large capacitive multi-touch sensor. Unlike Touch Board, it supports matrix scanning so as to read signals from large number of channels.
